Ingrid Finnson,

As a leader in retail, you probably often ask yourself how you can use data to add more value to your customers while managing their data with care and integrity.

Ingrid Finnson,

WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook Messenger, and similar instant mobile messaging apps are no longer exclusively intended for exchanging trivial text messages, sending ubiquitous selfies, or finding your friend’s house. In fact, these messengers have become a medium of choice for many big players, cutting across industries.

There are numerous examples. But what about the insurance industry?
