She has worked in both large multinationals such as Ericsson and SKF as well as small start-up innovation companies. The common thread has been the result of changes in customer and employee focus.
Today she is in charge of IL Recycling’s management and strategy process, BI, communications, procurement, HR, finance and controlling.
