Our latest business breakfast about True Customer Experience through Next Generation Shared Services we learnt that it´s all about people, efficiency and quality to achieve improved customer satisfaction. Experiences were exchanged between Storebrand, Swedbank and Telia Company on how to build and manage best-in-class next generation shared services with better customer service, customer experience and real cost savings as the result.
