How automated are you and your organization?

This is the question we tried to find out when we conducted a small survey with the audience at our latest Snapshot Breakfast.

We got some interesting and in some cases surprising results:

  • Almost all participants place very high importance on client experience when driving digital transformation.
  • But a third of the participants do not use any robotics today.
  • And a third do not have the tools necessary for effective and reliable management reporting.
