Executive Sales Lead William Gavenas to Cognizant Sweden

Emphasized focus on an end-to-end approach to leverage customers’ digital transformation as Cognizant Sweden recruits new Sr. Sales Director with broad business and tech background.

With 25+ years of experience from business development, William Gavenas will strengthen Cognizant’s existing offering on the Swedish market. In his new role, William will focus on helping customers prepare for new challenges and markets by understanding their business needs and craft new, digital solutions to address the most critical business issues.

As for industry expertise, William holds experience from, among others, the consumer market and the retail, banking, telecom, and insurance sectors, where he has developed and executed a number of complex transformation initiatives linked to the customers’ overall business goals and strategies. 

Prior to his new position, William was responsible for building trusted advisor relationships with some of the leading Nordic companies in various positions within consulting companies such as KPMG (Director of Operations and Business Development), Accenture (Sales and Client Account Executive), Tata Consultancy Services (Country Sales Director), and CGI (Managing Director Nordics).
